Page changes and performance

Why did
performance change?

Why a daily snapshot makes a difference ↗

You check the ad account. Nothing changed. You check the budget, the audience, the creative. All the same.

Then you find it. Someone updated the landing page. Or your Amazon listing changed. And nobody told you. Or a competitor went on sale. How would you have known?

Most businesses don't track the changes that actually move their numbers. They monitor their ads religiously but have zero visibility into the pages, listings, and search results those ads depend on.

That's the blindspot. That's what URL Love It fixes.

Your business goes beyond your website

What you can monitor

Your own pages

Your dev team, your client, a Shopify update, a plugin... somebody changed the landing page and didn't loop in the growth team. Performance shifted. You blamed the algorithm and spent days looking in the wrong place.

Landing pages · Product pages · Checkout

Third-party pages

Your Amazon product listing. A retailer page. Your Google organic results. These pages affect your revenue and you have zero control over when they change.

Retailers · Listings · Search results

Competitor pages

A competitor changed their pricing, their offer, their messaging. You didn't notice for weeks. By the time you did, you'd already lost ground.

Why I built URL Love It.

I'm Barry Hott. After 20+ years in advertising, working across billions in ad spend, I wanted a simple way to monitor every landing page my ads sent people to. I built URL Love It for my team and other marketers dealing with the same problem.

Frequently asked questions

Why take a snapshot of my website every day?

Pages change while your ads keep running. Daily snapshots help you spot the changes and keep a history you can compare when performance shifts. See why daily snapshots matter.

What types of changes does URL Love It detect?

Changes to images, text, calls to action (including their text and destination links), and page layout. It also detects page errors, such as missing pages (404) or server failures (500).

How often are pages monitored?

Daily. Every page gets a fresh snapshot each day, on desktop, mobile, or both. That's enough history to catch meaningful changes on most sites, and we may add faster schedules later.

Can I import landing pages from my Meta ads?

Yes, on every plan. Connect your Meta ad account and URL Love It automatically discovers all landing pages used across your campaigns. No manual entry needed.

How are alerts delivered?

Email, Slack, or in-app, on every plan. Each alert includes a change summary, confidence score, and a side-by-side visual comparison link.

How do you avoid alerts for temporary changes?

A change must appear in two consecutive snapshots before we send an alert. This filters out most temporary differences from cookie banners, loading states, and A/B tests. We're actively improving alert accuracy and confidence scoring.

Isn't this just the Wayback Machine?

The Wayback Machine captures popular pages when it gets to them, sometimes weeks apart, and it doesn't tell you anything changed. URL Love It captures the pages you choose every single day, compares each capture to the last, and alerts you with a comparison. It is a monitor with an archive, not an archive you have to go dig through.

What if a page blocks the capture?

If we can't capture a usable snapshot, that day is marked as failed. If we capture the image but the site blocks text extraction, you still get the snapshot and visual change detection. We label it a partial capture and retry the missing content on the next cycle.

Can my whole team, or my clients, use it?

Brand Pro covers three brands. Agency covers ten client brands and 25 team seats in one workspace, with a shared Changes Feed, and we'll onboard your client roster for you. Need more than ten? There's an Agency 25 tier and custom terms.

What happens to my archive if I cancel?

It stays. Your archive becomes read-only, so you can still browse and compare everything that was captured. We don't delete customer snapshots on any plan.

Couldn't I build this with AI?

Yes. If you want to build your own, we'd encourage you to try it. AI can help you get the first snapshot working.

Running it reliably means handling slow pages, images that only load when you scroll, popups, and failed captures. Then you need to store the history, compare versions, filter out unimportant differences, and send useful alerts.

URL Love It already brings that workflow together, and we keep improving and maintaining it. You're paying for a system you can use today, so you can focus on your business.
